| Biografi | Ian D. Kelson is the head of T. Rowe Price's global fixed income team, a position he has held since joining the firm in 2000. As part of that role, Mr. Kelson is lead portfolio manager for T. Rowe Price's Non-U.S. Fixed Income Strategy and Global Bond Strategies. He is president of International Fixed Income for T.
