"Artificial Solutions (ASAI) is a B2B software provider with clients in more than eight different sectors. We argue that one of the most valuable resources for a digital company is the knowledge within its workforce. To uphold its social responsibility, it is necessary to foster employee satisfaction. Since 2015, headcount has grown by ~10 employees per year. Thus, it is important to follow routines in terms of training new employees, especially in the case of having global operators. This includes efforts to promote gender equality, anti-discrimination, and individual development. Furthermore, we argue that it is important to foster social responsibility in relation to the end-customer."
